Three Pound Jelly is an independent publisher specializing in the strange, the sharp, and the slightly ungovernable—stories that don’t sit neatly on shelves and don’t particularly want to. Focused on voice-driven work with a taste for the absurd, the darkly comic, and the structurally adventurous, it exists somewhere between a press, a proving ground, and a polite refusal to behave.

It was founded as an idea long before there was anything on paper: "The brain is about three pounds of jelly yet it holds the world."

That and if he was ever going to give something of himself to his fast growing children between work, sleep, and more work, the author had better write it down. By the time it was done the kids had grown like the audience for his book. 

Then why stop there? The Universe needs balance: A darker series set in the same universe followed.

Universes are big things; we think a lot of different things can fit in one.
